One of the significant ativities of DTM System is being a subcontractor for the external companies. We can accept every task connected with electronics manufacturing, from the very begining steps of design to the final bulk production. We can produce from small (several dozen) to medium (few thousands) quantities. Our firm designs and produces electronics as a subcontractor for general lighting (fluorescent and LED based lamps), car LED lamps and gate automatics. We cooperate with other firms in plastic enclosure design and machanical industry in order to keep our products look modern and be ergonomic.
 

 

Development Department is well equipped with such measurement devices as: digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyser, audio and signal generators. That allows us to design and test the produced devices according to the current norms and standards. We also have climate test chamber (-30 .. +80°C) to make sure that our products will work properly in every conditions.

Our own SMT line based on Mechatronika and APS machines ensures our independence and optimises our manufacturing process. The devices used in SMT assembly are: manual stencil printer, automatic glue/paste feeder, M15 pick & place machine, reflow oven. We also has our own wave soldering machine (Novostar Spartan 8D) and JBC soldering stations for through hole technology. All soldering is done in ROHS (Pb free) standard.
